ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Don't let up on your training goals. In this uncertain period it's more important than ever to keep up with your training goals to support your physical and mental well-being. This is why I am now introducing Online Personal Training.
Just as when we train one to one together from the private gym, with Online Personal Training, we'll work at a pace that is right for you. Exercises will be adjusted for your ability and your mobility level. We'll also be able to keep an eye on your form and technique so you can stay safe and injury free.
Personal Training will ensure you remain accountable, keeping up your training sessions and challenging yourself to ensure you're making steady progress towards your health and fitness goals.
No equipment is required - though if you have extra equipment that's great too.
We'll use Facetime or Skype or Zoom.
With Online Personal Training I'll also be able to support you with your nutrition by discussing your food diary and supporting you with tips and advice, to maximise your results through balanced nutrition intake.
