Not interested in lifting weights? Run with me, instead.
These fun jogging sessions can be exactly what you need to get you up and running and making headway towards your health and fitness goals.
Location will be Arnos Park N11. You'll book in a time, we'll arrange a meeting spot and I'll lead the run at a pace which suits you.
The format is 1 to 1, though let me know if you'd like to bring a friend, partner or family member.
The style is super informal, we are here to make getting healthy enjoyable and informal.
The level will be at an appropriate level for you.
Beginners are particularly welcome.
These running sessions will include some mobility movements and post running stretches and possibly some bodyweight exercises if this is right for you.
