This is a personal training session built around a walk or gentle jog through the local park in North London, instead of a studio floor.

I found out how effective this was when my clients who enjoyed running or walking, didn't actually get much walking or jogging in their schedule! I could see that they just needed that extra push.

Having a personal trainer there for them, with a time and place arranged and booked in the diary, meant that there were no more excuses.

My clients got great results and managed to walk or jog with me, consistently. A personal trainer brings that level of accountability that really gets the ball rolling and the health and fitness goals, met.

 

We work on your fitness step by step, while we talk through what's going on for you: your goals, your energy, your eating, what's working and what isn't.

It's personal training, outdoors, lower impact, and a bit more conversational.

We build your pace and stamina gradually, walking, light jogging intervals, or a mix, set to where you're starting from.

No problem. if the weather's really against us, we simply move the session indoors instead. Ideally, we'd try to get outdoors unless its really bad weather.

Same session, same price, just under a roof, with simple cardio based exercises, suitable for your level.
